Brute is a giant shark-bulldog hybrid which appears in Conker's Bad Fur Day and it's remake, Conker: Live & Reloaded as an undefeatable boss in which Conker has to outrun by reaching the end without being devoured by the giant beast.
Role in the Conker series[]
In Conker's Bad Fur Day and Conker: Live & Reloaded, Brute appears at the end of the Bat's Tower level as a dangerous boss that Conker has to escape from, but since no weapons can be used in the survival outrun, Brute cannot be killed. After Conker gets the Cash back to the Catfish, they only offer him $1. Conker realizes that there was only ten dollars in the vault, and Mrs. Catfish claims as being a fortune. Outraged, Conker sets up a new deal, saying he'll keep all the cash for himself. Mrs. Catfish and her friends become mad at Conker for taking their money, but hears a thick rope snapping, which they then realize Brute is about to come loose from the rope he was tied to. She decides they should forget about the money and break.
After a while, the ropes break in two, setting the Brute free. Conker then has no choice but to escape from the menacing carnivore. As he gets past one of the catfish, the Brute goes after the Catfish, attacking and devouring the aquatic feline, leaving only the head, spine, and tail behind. Conker proceeds to swim for his life, as the Brute attacks the other Catfish. Conker then arrives at the dock, but the dock is slippery, and the Brute is catching up to him. But Conker gets onto the flat surface before the oversized monster can eat him. As Conker skips the last plank of wood, the Brute slams into the rocky wall, getting stuck. Amazingly, the body of the stuck Brute becomes a platform for Conker to jump on, leading him into a small den with a bundle of Cash inside. Conker then snatches the cash, ending the chapter to Bat's Tower.
Trivia[]
- In game mode, it had red part of the lips but in the picture it has mistaken that it didn't have lips.
- If Conker re-enters the Bats Tower chapter, the stuck Brute is still there.
